Common questions

How do I report a post, comment, or user?

Tap the three-dot menu on any post, comment, or profile and choose Report. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. You can also block any user from their profile.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile tab, gear icon, Account, Delete Account. Or see the full instructions, including how to request deletion by email if you can't access the app.

How does the AI stylist feedback work?

It's optional and off until you consent in the app. When you request feedback, your photo and a summary of your measurements are sent to our AI provider, which is disclosed by name in the consent screen and in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke consent at any time in Settings.

How do I change my body measurements?

Settings, then Edit measurements. Only your match compatibility is ever visible to other users, never your raw measurements.

How do I make my account private?

Settings, then Account privacy. Private accounts are removed from feeds, search, and recommendations for anyone who doesn't follow you.
